100 Fund Involvement & First Quarter Recipient

We are very excited and honored to share that Brett Spencer has joined the board for the 100 Fund!

The 100 Fund is part of the 100 Things organization, which is a group focused on helping people define and work towards their meaningful life goals. As an organization, 100 Thing has generously committed 5% of their net profit to the 100 Fund to assist someone on their path to reaching their goals.

The first recipient of the 100 Fund’s support is a very worthy, Ilona Fis.

Ilona has such a positive and fun spirit and she has diligently been working towards her “list” of things she’d like to do in life. But some things are out of our control.

Ilona is living in Kharkiv, Ukraine. Ilona has been touching base and her and her mother are doing their best to stay safe and help others in the same situation. With financial hardship going hand in hand with those involved in this sad war though, the 100 Fund is currently in the process of transferring funds to assist Ilona and her mom with supplies, transport and some future costs that will come with re-location and surviving.

While not directly related to a specific goal on a list, this will be a very impactful donation and will help a very worth family live a safer and hopefully more peaceful life. Goals like this are often ones we take for granted.
